Are you taking part in the 2020 Fantasy Indie Reading Challenge? Read further to discover new books to read for the challenge ‘Author from a non-native English speaking country.’

I’m excited to do this challenge with you, as it’s also the first time I’ve created a challenge. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, but we’ll get there (hopefully before it’s over).
If you haven’t read about the challenge, you can find it here. It’s a casual challenge, so no pressure at all. You can read as many or as little books as you want. I’ll be here to offer you a selection of books you can read for each challenge as I do the challenges myself.
How to participate
You can participate in the Fantasy Indie Reading Challenge however you want. If you prefer to follow along silently, that’s completely fine. You can also share what you’re reading or have picked to read. Also, if you have a suggestion for books, please let me know so I can add it and credit you (or not, if you wish to stay anonymous). If you don’t want to share anything in the comments, you’re also always welcome to shoot me an email or tag me on social media! Whichever way is the most fun for you!
Author from a non-native English speaking country
The first challenge I’ll tackle from the Fantasy Indie Reading Challenge is all about writers whose native language isn’t English, but who write all their work in English nonetheless. I’ll admit: this was a difficult one. I was excited about this challenge since I already knew one author and book that would fall under it, and I was sure there would be more. Now, I’m sure there are more, but I’ve searched for quite some time and haven’t found others so far. I know they must be out there, and I will continue searching, so expect this page to be updated!
Not know where to start? Take a look at these suggestions!
